My favorite younger chef - Anis Nabila.

Salam
Anis Nabilah is a Malaysian celebrity chef and media personality best
 known as the host of television cooking shows such as Icip-Icip, 
Sesedap Rasa, Enak Tradisi and Rasa-Rasa.
Hailing proudly from Subang Jaya, Selangor, Anis' passion for food 
developed at an early age. 
Whilst her siblings were out playing as children do, 
Anis would spend her days observing
 intently as her mother prepared the meals for their large family of 10. 
The countless hours spent in the kitchen with her mother
 were the foundationof what is now today a sound understanding of 
the various flavours of Malay cuisine.
Her childhood fascination with the culinary arts became a career pursuit as 
she enrolled in the Food Institute of Malaysia graduating 
with a Diploma in Culinary Arts in 2007. 
During her time at the FIM, Anis was able to showcase herself
 in several international cooking competitions held across Malaysia
 and won numerous awards and accolades
 one of the most memorable being the medal in the Culinaire 2007 competition.
Ever the hardworking and prolific chef, Anis has hosted five television cook-shows
 (Icip-Icip, Sesedap Rasa, Enak Tradisi, Rasa-Rasa and Food Short) in just over a year.

Bihun sup Segera .

  

Salam

Hari ni aku nak bagi korang resepi bihun sup segera.
Segera aku pun tak le segera sgt sebab
kena juga potong & blend berbagai.
aku akan masak bihun sup segera ni bila dh lapar giler yer..
so jom try nnt.. :)

Bahan-bahan : Bihun, 2 biji bawang putih, halia, 3 biji bawang merah, 
kulit kayu manis, bunga lawang, serbuk sup, cili padi
ayam, sotong, udang, daging (letak je apa yg korang suka)
fishball, lobak merah, daun sup, bunga kobis & tomato.

Cara memasak : 
-Mula-mula kisar bawang putih, halia & bawang merah.
-Masukan bahan yg telah dikisar tadi bersama 3 cawan air kedalam periuk.
-Lepas tu masukan cili padi, kulit kayu manis, bunga lawang, serbuk sup.
-Bila dah naik bau masukan daging, ayam, sotong n udang.
-Bila semua bahan seafood dah empuk,masukan fishball bersama
sayur dan tomato.
-Lepas itu letak garam secukup rasa dan akhir sekali masukan bihun & 
biarkan dia betul-betul masak.
-Akhir sekali letak daun sup dan hidangkan.

Resepi Aiskrim OREO.




Salam 
Mesti korang semua suka makan ice cream kan..
aku pun suka mkn ice cream lebih2 time panas n jerebu ni..
ice cream yg paling aku suka adalah ice cream yg ada oreo
so kat sini aku bg resepi buat ice cream..sgt senang n mudah.

Bahan2 :
2 biji telur,10 sudu besar gula
  1 1/2 tin susu cair, 40gram overlet
1 sudu kecil vanila esen, serta Oreo yg dikisar..


Caranya :
Putar dulu gula dan telur hingga sebati, lalu masukan susu bersama
overlet serta vanila esen.
Putar bahan2 tersebut selama 40minit agar
ia betul2 gebu dan kembang.
dan akhir sekali masukan oreo yg dikisar dan kacau.Akhir sekali
tuang ke dalam bekas/ kontena plastik dan simpan dalam freezer 1 malam..
So pas2 korang boleh makan..simple kan?!
so try nanti yer...

nota kecil : Perisa tu korang boleh tukar2 ikut korang :)

Jom Masak Dalca Tulang .

Baru-baru ni aku masak Dalca Tulang,aku mmg suka masak cuma 
sekarang ni aku takde masa utk masak. Bila dah masak
aku akan tangkap pic so dah alang2 nak post kat sini
aku kongsi resepi dgn korang semua..hope korang leh la cuba 
nanti.. :)

Bahan-bahan:1kg tulang (direbus),3 biji terung,5 batang kacang panjang
1 batang lobak merah,3 biji kentang - dibelah empat
 santan,100gm kacang dal - direbus (aku beli rm2 pack)
Garam secukup rasa,Minyak masak untuk menumis secukupnya.

Bahan tumis:3 biji bawang merah or besar
2 biji bawang putih,5cm halia,2batang Kulit kayu manis
3 kuntum bunga lawang,50gm rempah kari daging
5 biji buah pelaga dipotong

Cara memasak:1. Panaskan minyak masak di dalam periuk. 

Tumis bahan-bahan kisar sehingga wangi.
2. Selepas itu masukkan kulit kayu manis, bunga lawang dan buah pelaga. Kacau seketika.
3. Kemudian masukkan rempah kari daging. Kacau rata sehingga pecah minyak dan garing.
4. Lepas tu masukkan kacang dal dan tulang. Biarkan mendidih seketika.
5. Masukan garam secukup rasa dan santan.
6. Masukkan sayur-sayuran dan biarkan seketika.
7. Angkat dan sedia dihidangkan.

nota kecil :aku ni masak semua agak2 tak retinak bgtahu masuk byk mana tapi utk korang aku bg agak2 tu :)

Transformers 3 : Dark of the moon



Salam

First of all, i enjoy action, sound effects & graphics and thats what 
Transformers Dark of the Moon is all about, it's a lot enjoyable
 than Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen but far less than
 the 1st Transformers which had a great story a lot of reasonable sense 
of hummer with the addition to the special effects.
 I recommend watching it if you are an actions & special effects movies fan or a transformers fan, but when you leave the theater...
 "well that was OK but I was a lot excited when i watched the 1st".
 But overall it was enjoyable in a theater .I would rate this move a 7.
